Iorgos
Iorgos was the resident deejay at Dance Alternative in Seattle Washington from 1987 to 1990.Since then he has been deejaying at parties or as guest deejay in different events.
In January 2005, he deejayed for Liquid Moves, a barefoot boogie dance event in Utrecht Holland.
In December of 2006, he started World Dance in the same town and has been the resident deejay there. Iorgos was born in Greece, from an uprooted family whose origins disappear in the mysterious and mystical eastern side of the Meditterrenean basin.
His music selection favors Middle Eastern and Balkan rhythms mixed, of course, with all the other known and favorite styles such as pop, soul, funk etc . He loves to blend sounds from all parts of the World and introduce the kind of ethnic fusion electronica that he considers innovative and soul-stirring.
